Dick Pust, who first began his radio career in Olympia radio in the late 1950s and recently ran for mayor of Olympia, has brought his media expertise and passion for the Olympia area to Mixx 96.1 KXXO with a new weekly half-hour community conversation, “It’s Your Community” Sundays at 9am.


Olympia grew up listening to Dick Pust chatting with candidates for local office and representatives from almost every community group one could imagine. Pust returns to what he does best with “It’s Your Community,” talking over the issues facing the Olympia area with the people who know the most about them.
