Author Josh Schonwald Discusses "The Future of Food": Attention, "foodies" and all others who like to eat, Josh Schonwald, author of The Taste of Tomorrow: Dispatches from the Future of Food," will be at the Olympia Timberland Library to address the questions: "What currently obscure vegetable, meat, fish, or ethnic food will become a supermarket staple in ten years?"
