REGISTER NOW! Boating Safety Education Class: Boaters under the age of 40 years old are now required to possess a valid boating safety card when operating a vessel with a 15 horsepower engine or greater. You can take this free class to satisfy that requirement; however, after passing the test offered at the end of class, Washington State will charge you $10 to obtain your boating card.
