Thurston County Public Hearing on Asphalt Plants: The Thurston County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding Asphalt Plans. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on regulations relating to the permitting of new asphalt plants and establishing asphalt plants as a primary use separate from a mineral extraction operation.
