Description

FREE! Exploring the Magical Process of Creating Music: Join composer and pianist Amy Rubin for an exploration of the creative process through an interactive concert, culminating in a group-directed improvisation with Rubin at the piano. Audience members will choose the initial theme, design of the piece, and the processes that Rubin will employ to shape an improvisation. The conversation will conclude with a group discussion and critique. This presentation is co-sponsored by Humanities Washington. Saturday, March 23rd, 2-4pm.
