Green Party Carbon Tax Presentation: Charles Komanoff will appear via Skype and explain why a carbon tax is a good idea, answering questions such as whether a carbon tax would be a hardship to ordinary Americans, and whether people would actually cut emissions in response or simply decide to pay the extra.
