    Eliminate pollutants from auto leaks and keep Olympia clean! Participating auto shops are conducting free visual leak inspections (an $80 value) to keep motor oil off streets, which eventually makes it to rivers and streams.   • FREE! Free Summer Lunch Program In Lacey:

    Lacey Parks & Recreation is sponsoring a summer food service! Children 18 years and younger can get free meals at three Lacey locations Monday-Friday, June 26th-August 18th (not open Tuesday, July 4th). Meals served from 12-12:30pm (lunch) and 3-3:30pm (snack). The three Lacey locations are Lydia Hawk Elementary, 7600 5th St. SE; Lacey Elementary, 1800 Homann Dr. SE; Pleasant Glade Elementary, 1920 Abernethy Rd. NE.     Learn first-hand what lives in Puget Sound! Divers will collect specimens for viewing while biologists will talk about the habitats they need.   • Olympia Downtown Ambassador Program:

    The goal of the Downtown Ambassador Program is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all downtown users.  The program is part of the City’s Downtown Project that aims to revitalize downtown Olympia. Downtown Ambassadors provide customer service to all visitors of downtown by giving directions, assisting shoppers with bags and parking meters, referring people to social services, and answering any questions related to downtown.
